Terms and Conditions

  1. In these terms “client” or “buyer” shall mean the person whose name and details appear on the order form.
  2. The client shall be treated as commercial or domestic according to our reasonable discretion.
  3. All quotations are given and all orders are accepted on these terms. They supersede any other terms appearing on our price list or anywhere, and override and exclude any other terms stipulated or interpreted or referred to by the client whether in the instructions or any negotiations or any course dealings established between us and the client. All orders/instructions given by the client shall be deemed to be made subject to these terms.

All goods supplied by Captaincreative.co are supplied subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All quotations for work by Captaincreative.co are valid for a period of 30 days.
  2. Acceptance of work to be carried out is deemed to be when payment has been made.
  3. Full payment is due on acceptance of an order unless otherwise stated or agreed, and before production can begin.
  4. Captaincreative.co will be released from any liability to the buyer if performance of the agreement is delayed or prevented by any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
  5. Orders, once placed by the buyer, cannot be cancelled nor products returned for credit, and full payment will be required.
  6. Any disputes arising between the buyer and Captaincreative.co law.
  7. Captaincreative.co guarantees all goods for 14 days from the date of delivery. All goods must be inspected by the buyer upon delivery and any defects must be reported immediately.
  8. Captaincreative.co will not be held responsible for clients incorrect measurements.
  9. Returns will only be accepted for goods that are faulty on arrival and reported to immediately.
  10. All our products on this website are hand crafted and therefore are not perfect and may have imperfections, colour variation, small measurements and weight differences.
  11. Anyone cancelling an order after we have began making, will not be allegeable to a refund for the item cost (postage maybe refunded).
